I decided to try it out. I ended up purchasing the 12 session package. It worked out to be much cheaper per session. I figured this wouldn't be a one and done thing. This process takes several seasons. I worked with Rochelle Cook, one of the founders. I was having serious issues that acupuncture and other Dr.s work wasn't fully helping the situation. I do recommend working with you other dr and using this a supplemental. Before we even got started( before buying anything), Rochelle called me directly just to talk to me and see how things were going. To see how she could help and if I would be the right thing for me... no obligation at that point. I had other questions, and she answered me pretty quickly. Once I got started the first session was longer to know more about me and what direction to take with hypothesis. Rochelle is an extremely genuine person. I felt comfortable talking with her and she listened to me. My hypnosis each time was different. It depends on what is bothering you that day or week. Sleeping issues, fears of some sort, bad habits... It's customized to you and your situation. I think you need to multiple sessions just to get to the bottom of what is really going on. The bottom line is my experience with Joymind and Rochelle was a positive one. I would recommend it to anyone especially if you have never tried hypnotherapy before. I have to restate that one session alone will not be sufficient.
