As a TheraPacific LLC., JoyMind client you will be matched with a Hypnotherapist (“Hypnotist”). Hypnotists are not licensed physicians nor are they licensed in Psychology, and are unable to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any emotional or mental disorders nor any medical condition. Services provided utilize induction of hypnosis, and methods and principles used to help clients discover their inner creative abilities to develop positive thinking and feelings. Hypnosis is not a state of sleep but is a natural state of mind that can produce extraordinary levels of relaxation of mind, body, and emotions. The principles and theories upon which hypnotherapy is based are accessing and utilizing the power of one’s inner resources. Hypnosis can transcend the critical, analytical level of mind, and facilitate the acceptance of suggestions, directions and instructions desired by the Client. The therapeutic use of hypnosis can also elicit information and insights from the inner mind. The hypnotherapist utilizes interviews, discussion, inductions and various hypnotic methods that assist in dealing with underlying issues whenever appropriate, with the goal to achieve effective and lasting results.
You understand that these sessions are not psychotherapy or Behavioral Health Services but are a complementary and alternative healing methods aimed at creating positive changes. You agree to inform the Hypnotist of all physical or mental conditions that might affect the work. You understand that you are a full partner in creating changes and are willing to participate fully during sessions.
N.B. SESSION CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
Joymind Refund Policy requires that clients submit either a verbal or written request to either cancel or reschedule an appointment 48 hours prior to the session. Clients who do not arrive at the designated date and time of their appointment and fail to notify their assigned Joymind Concierge, are not subject to reimbursement. Subsequently, in the event of a last minute cancellation or last-minute reschedule request that does not comply with the 48 hour Joymind Refund Policy, the appointment remains charged in full. We value your business and greatly appreciate your adherence to these policy standards.
PACKAGE REFUND CLAUSE
Joymind offers packages as a way to help clients reach their goals more effectively but also to save significantly on per-session-cost. Thus, when packages are purchased, each session is significantly less expensive as a result. In the event that a client buys a large package, only uses a certain quantity of those sessions and thereafter asks for a refund on remaining sessions, a refund can only be issued after original stand-alone pricing of already seized sessions has been applied. Discounted package prices are only maintained and solely applicable to those clients who fulfill each and every session within that package. Sessions may or may not be recorded based on client preferences. If sessions are recorded a link to the recording is sent directly after the session to the client. All recordings are held for 30 days (from the date of the session) on servers before being deleted.
