My journey into hypnotherapy began as a client. During a difficult life transition, I sought support — and hypnosis felt transformative. It was unlike anything I had experienced before. I was so impacted by the results that I began recommending hypnotherapy to everyone I knew.
That passion led me to HMI, where I was immediately inspired by the depth and integrity of the program. As I began working with clients during my internship, I realized how much I genuinely love guiding people through meaningful change. Helping someone access their inner resources and experience relief, clarity, or empowerment is deeply fulfilling to me.
When I’m not growing my hypnotherapy practice, you’ll likely find me elbow-deep in clay as a pottery artist. I’m also a proud mom to three children and three fur babies — and I understand firsthand how full and complex life can be.
I look forward to working with you.
Graduate of HMI College of Hypnotherapy with High Honors and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) through the American Hypnosis Association (AHA).
I also hold multiple degrees in the biological sciences, including a Master of Science in Biology, and I am a Registered Dietitian. While I valued my work in nutrition and health science, my path ultimately led me toward hypnotherapy — where I found a deeper way to help people create meaningful change.
Advanced Certifications:
Over time, I developed a strong focus on insomnia and sleep challenges after seeing consistent client success in this area. Helping people restore restful sleep and calm their nervous system has become one of my passions.
I also work extensively with ADHD. As a mother of a child with ADHD, this specialty is personal to me. I have seen how hypnosis can improve focus, emotional regulation, and self-confidence, and I pursued additional certification to better support clients navigating these challenges.
Additional areas of focus include:
My approach to hypnosis begins with presence and listening. A mentor once told me that as hypnotherapists, we are given a brief and sacred window into our clients’ lives — and our role is to be fully open and present in that moment. That perspective has stayed with me.
I create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and safe. From there, I gently guide them to uncover their own answers, strengthen their inner resources, and create sustainable change at the subconscious level.
