I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist trained through the nationally accredited Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI). My fascination with human behavior and personal transformation led me to the field of hypnotherapy, where I discovered the remarkable power of the subconscious mind and its ability to create lasting change.
My own journey with hypnosis became a catalyst for profound personal growth. Through this work, I gained greater clarity, transformed limiting habits, strengthened my sense of self-worth, and developed a deeper understanding of the patterns that shape our lives. These experiences inspired my commitment to helping others access their own inner resources for healing and transformation.
Today, I combine clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, mindfulness practices, and subconscious reconditioning techniques to help clients overcome challenges, build confidence, reduce stress, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment where clients can reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and self-trust.
Special Interests
Originally from Denmark, I spent over 15 years working in the pharmaceutical industry while pursuing my interest in psychology and human development. In 2007, I relocated to California, where I continue to deepen my work in personal growth and transformational healing.
Helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their potential has always been a central passion of mine. Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, spending time in nature, playing tennis, and embracing the balance and perspective that an active outdoor lifestyle provides.
