Where Healing Begins: A Clinical Guide for Life’s Transitions
I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and certified coach living in Culver City, California—where the Pacific Ocean and my garden have taught me that the deepest transformation happens in the spaces between effort and surrender.
For decades, I’ve worked as an actress, director, writer, and teacher. Those roles taught me something essential: authentic voice emerges only when people feel truly safe. That same principle anchors everything I do now. Every client I work with deserves to be heard—not fixed, not rushed, but genuinely met at their threshold.
What I Specialize In
I work with anxiety, panic, and sleep disruption—the somatic signals that something in your nervous system needs gentle recalibration. I guide people through confidence gaps, public speaking anxiety, and performance blocks. I help caregivers move through emotional burnout and those caught in life transitions—loss, grief, relationship shifts—toward renewed clarity and peace.
My toolkit blends clinical hypnosis with guided imagery, mindfulness, and evidence-based subconscious work. But the real work happens in the room: creating safety, understanding your story, and anchoring new possibilities into your embodied self.
My Approach
I meet you as you are. If faith matters to you, we weave Scripture and spiritual encouragement into our work. If you prefer secular frameworks, that’s the path we take. What remains constant is this: I believe meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely understood—when the clinical meets the human, and the mysterious meets the practical.
What I Carry Forward: Patience. Compassion. The belief that there’s no greater privilege than serving others.
