My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves—their bodies, their purpose, and their capacity to heal. I believe lasting transformation happens when people are given the support, compassion, and space to rediscover the wisdom they already carry within. Together, we work to rewrite the unconscious patterns that no longer serve them, replacing limitation with possibility and helping them remember who they truly are. It is deeply meaningful work, and I feel incredibly grateful to do it every day.
I recently returned home to Lafayette, Louisiana, after many years of traveling and living in different places. There is something special about coming full circle. Surrounded by the rich history, natural beauty, and warmth of this remarkable state, I feel grounded and grateful. My husband and I live in a tiny home in the country with our dog and cat, where life is simple, peaceful, and closely connected to nature.
I have always been a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about how people heal and grow. Alongside my work as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am also a practicing herbalist. Many of the herbs I use in my practice are grown in my own garden, allowing me to integrate my love of nature with my passion for holistic well-being.
I have always been fascinated by the incredible connection between the mind and the body, and much of my work centers on helping clients restore that relationship. Whether someone is living with chronic pain, anxiety, stress, unwanted habits, mind-body syndromes, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves, I believe the body is often communicating something the conscious mind has not yet fully understood. By combining clinical hypnotherapy with my background in herbalism, I take a holistic approach that supports both emotional and physical well-being. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone reconnect with their own inner wisdom, rediscover a sense of peace, and realize that healing becomes possible when the mind and body begin working together instead of pulling in opposite directions.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and empowering. I believe every client already possesses the inner resources needed for healing and transformation. Rather than telling clients what they should do, I create a safe, supportive space where they can quiet the noise, access their own inner wisdom, and uncover the path that feels right for them.
Hypnotherapy provides an opportunity to move beyond conscious struggle and work with the deeper patterns that shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My role is to help clients remove the obstacles standing in their way so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and hope.
