I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a focus on nervous system regulation and subconscious pattern change. My work centers on how the mind and body interact—especially in relation to anxiety, overthinking, trauma, and the physical effects of long-term stress.
I came into this work through personal experience. After years of managing constant mental pressure and physical tension while still handling the demands of everyday life, I realized that understanding my patterns wasn’t enough to change them. Real transformation began when I learned how the nervous system and subconscious mind actually operate.
That shift led me to train in clinical hypnotherapy and complete my degree in Mind-Body Psychology through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
I have since expanded my work to include Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) and Reiki, giving me a broader understanding of how emotional, physical, and energetic patterns are connected.
Today, I work with clients navigating anxiety, panic, trauma, overthinking, stress-related health concerns, ADHD challenges, weight management, and life transitions—including midlife and hormonal changes. I am mindful of pacing, especially with trauma work, so clients feel safe, grounded, and not overwhelmed throughout the process.
My approach is client-centered, structured, and focused on results.
I don’t see people as broken. Most are running patterns their system learned—often through stress or past experiences—that simply haven’t been updated.
My role is to help identify those patterns and work with them at the subconscious level.
Sessions are focused and intentional. We’re not just talking through problems—we’re working directly with the mind and body so you can begin to respond differently, not just think differently.
I meet you where you are. Some clients prefer a practical, grounded approach. Others are open to deeper subconscious work. Either way, the goal remains the same: real, lasting change.
I’m a mother and grandmother who values time outdoors and with family. Being in nature keeps me grounded and present—and that grounded presence carries into the way I work with clients.
