As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Master Hypnotist, I’m fascinated by the ways our subconscious patterns quietly shape how we think, feel, behave, and respond to the world around us.
That curiosity led me to hypnotherapy and eventually to founding revolution.you, my practice based in Easton, Pennsylvania. Today, I work with clients both virtually and in person, helping them better understand the patterns operating beneath conscious awareness and create new internal responses that support the life they want to live.
My training includes clinical hypnotherapy, guided imagery, subconscious behavior change, stress reduction, habit change, performance enhancement, and the Kappasinian model of suggestibility and Theory of Mind. This allows me to adapt the way I communicate and work with each client rather than expecting the client to adapt to a predetermined method.
What I enjoy most about this work is watching someone begin to recognize that a familiar pattern does not have to remain a permanent one. Once we become aware of what has been running automatically, we have an opportunity to create something new.
I particularly enjoy working with people who feel caught between what they consciously want and what they continue to automatically do.
That might mean changing an unwanted habit, reducing stress, developing greater confidence, improving performance, overcoming procrastination, preparing for an important life transition, or simply understanding yourself at a deeper level.
I’m especially interested in the point where awareness becomes action—helping clients take the changes experienced during hypnosis and carry them into everyday life.
I live in Easton, Pennsylvania, where I also maintain my private practice.
I believe hypnosis should be tailored to the person—not the other way around.
Every client arrives with a different history, personality, communication style, imagination, and way of processing experience. My first responsibility is therefore to understand the individual in front of me and build the hypnotic experience around them.
My approach combines structured hypnotherapy with conversational language, breathwork, focused attention, deep relaxation, guided imagery, subconscious reframing, and practical suggestions for change.
Most importantly, I see hypnosis as a collaborative process.
You are not asleep, unconscious, passive, or under someone else’s control. Instead, hypnosis creates a focused state in which we can work with your own attention, imagination, internal resources, and capacity for change.
I don’t believe my job is to impose change upon you. My role is to help create the conditions in which your own mind can begin discovering and practicing a different way forward.
Because very often, lasting change on the outside begins by changing what is happening within.
“Where your attention goes, your energy flows.”
