As a hypnotherapist, I’m fascinated by the relationship between the subconscious mind, the body, and our remarkable capacity for change.
My path to hypnotherapy grew out of more than twenty years working on the front lines of Emergency Medicine. Those years gave me a unique perspective on people. I’ve seen how human beings respond under pressure, how the body carries stress, and just how resilient we can be when we have the right support.
Today, I bring that experience together with advanced education in Mind-Body Psychology at the nationally accredited Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI). I’m also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA and a 300-hour trained yoga instructor through YogaRenew.
Together, these disciplines allow me to approach change from a whole-person perspective—mind, body, habits, and the subconscious patterns connecting them.
I especially enjoy working with clients around stress and emotional regulation, unwanted habits, health and wellness, confidence, personal development, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
I live nestled in the hills of Northeast Pennsylvania with my wife and our wonderfully large family—eight children and fourteen grandchildren. Needless to say, there is rarely a dull moment.
When I’m not with family or working with clients, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, working out, or finding a little quiet space to reset.
I believe something surprisingly simple: when we take care of the body and give the mind enough room to breathe, we create the conditions for something new to emerge.
My style is calm, direct, practical, and deeply grounded in the real world.
Twenty years in high-pressure medical environments taught me that you cannot force meaningful change. When the mind and body are constantly on guard, they naturally protect what they already know—even when those old patterns are no longer useful.
Hypnotherapy gives us an opportunity to quiet some of that noise.
My role is to create a steady, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, look beneath the surface, and begin understanding the subconscious patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, and habits.
Rather than fighting against yourself, we work together to help your mind discover a different way forward—one that feels calmer, stronger, and increasingly your own.
The goal isn’t simply to change a habit. It’s to help you reconnect with the part of yourself that already knows how to change.
“If you quiet the mind, the soul will speak.”
