I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to create.
I am a Certified Hypnotist and graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), with a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science. My training includes hypnotherapy, conversational hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Resource Therapy, ego-state work, and evidence-informed approaches for fears and phobias. I am also pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to continue expanding my knowledge and clinical skills.
Every person is different, so I tailor each session to your unique goals, personality, and circumstances. Depending on your needs, our work may include direct or indirect hypnosis, guided imagery, conversational techniques, hypnotic suggestion, and inner-resource exploration. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
Special Interests
I enjoy helping clients build confidence, overcome fears and phobias, reduce stress, strengthen motivation, work through limiting beliefs and emotional conflicts, break unwanted patterns, and support lasting personal growth.
As a husband and father of three, I appreciate the realities of balancing family, relationships, career, and personal well-being. I bring that understanding into every session with compassion and respect.
My Approach
I believe that every client already possesses the inner strengths needed for change. Sometimes those strengths simply need the right environment to emerge.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I listen carefully, meet you where you are, and adapt each session to what will serve you best rather than following a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we’ll work toward practical, meaningful change in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with your goals.
