About Me
& my skills:

I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist with a strong foundation in clinical training and a breadth of work supporting clients across a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. My work is client-centered and adaptive, shaped by each individual’s goals, inner resources, and capacity for change.

I trained clinically at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles, where I learned to integrate evidence-based hypnotherapy with intuitive, client-centered care. Alongside my professional training, I bring over two decades of personal experience working with subconscious processes, inner imagery, and self-directed change. This lived experience gives me a grounded, empathetic understanding of the work I guide clients through, and informs the calm, supportive way I approach each session.

About Me

My work is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about the inner world and how people create meaning, change, and resilience from within. I bring a calm, compassionate presence to my sessions, shaped by lived experience, creative training, and a deep respect for the subconscious mind.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I studied Fine Arts in Australia and Scotland and worked in creative industries, developing a strong appreciation for imagery, storytelling, and the symbolic language of the subconscious. Today, I bring together intuition, insight, and skill to help clients navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their inner wisdom, with greater clarity and confidence.

My sessions are thoughtful, structured, and supportive, and I often share practical techniques that clients can continue to use between sessions to reinforce progress. I’m known for being organized, enthusiastic, and communicative, and clients often remark on my warmth, encouragement, and empathy. My goal is that you leave each session feeling more insightful, capable, and empowered – with a deeper understanding of yourself and a renewed sense of possibility.
