I bring an integrative approach to healing that blends medical insight, clinical hypnotherapy, and subconscious transformation.
As a physician, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and entrepreneur, my work is centered on helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change from within. I combine science, evidence-based behavioral methods, and subconscious work to address the root of patterns—not just the symptoms.
My training in client-centered hypnosis, subconscious reprogramming, and emotional regulation has been recognized with the Director’s Award, Academic Achievement Award, and High Honors—reflecting both depth of study and commitment to this work.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Each session is tailored using somatic techniques, guided imagery, breathwork, and mindfulness-based hypnotherapy—meeting you exactly where you are.
I am based in Birmingham, Alabama, and work with clients both locally and virtually. I speak English, Hindi, and Oriya, with working proficiency in Bengali and Spanish.
My work is personal, intuitive, and client-led.
I believe the capacity for healing already exists within you. Hypnosis is not about control—it’s about access. It allows us to create a state where your nervous system feels safe enough to release, and your subconscious becomes open to new possibilities.
In our sessions, I guide you to:
I don’t impose change—I work with your internal world. Using imagery, sensation, and awareness that naturally arise, the process becomes not only effective, but deeply empowering.
Outside of my work, I value the simple moments that bring life into balance. I enjoy photography, travel, yoga, cooking, and reading—practices that keep me grounded and connected.
Being a mother is one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Time with family, especially those everyday moments—watching my son play, sharing laughter, being present—are what keep everything in perspective.
Living in Birmingham has reinforced something I bring into my work: healing happens best when there is balance. Caring for your mind, your body, your relationships, and allowing space for joy are all essential parts of lasting change.
