OVERVIEW

Trauma reversal through hypnotherapy helps individuals process and heal from traumatic events, promoting emotional well-being and increased resilience. 

THE SCIENCE

Hypnosis allows individuals to access and safely reprocess traumatic memories, working through associated emotions and beliefs, and ultimately reducing the impact of traumatic experiences on their lives.

As individuals work through their traumas, they typically experience reduced emotional distress, improved coping skills, increased resilience, and an overall enhanced sense of well-being. 

STUDIES

A study in the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis (Bryant, Moulds, & Guthrie, 2001) found that hypnotherapy can be effective in reducing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, including flashbacks, anxiety, and avoidance behaviors. Participants reported significant reductions in PTSD symptoms and improved overall functioning following hypnotherapy.
